Add the client and site
One client can have several sites: a home and a lake house, or a main office and a warehouse.
Document while you work
Techs log devices, credentials and docs from a phone or laptop. Scan a serial-number barcode instead of typing it.
Hand it off at project completion
Send the link and PIN, or leave a printed guide with a QR code in the rack. Your client sees your logo and color, and the same link stays current through every service call after.

Questions
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link you send and enter the PIN. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
Is it only for smart homes?
No. TechHandoff works the same for residential and commercial jobs: AV, automation, security, access control and IT networks.
Who counts as a user?
Team members who sign in to add or edit information. Read-only viewer accounts are free, and clients viewing their portal never count.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Owners can download every client, site, device, credential and file from Settings at any time.
